The Amasaman based side battled with the barbaric side from Pobiman who tried to qualify to the next round by playing primitive football.

Despite the desperation of Shelter Force, Final Whistle held their nerves to eek out a goalless draw which saw them end top of Zone 2B

This was expected to be a dicey affair for both sides with Shelter Force needing to win the game to qualify whilst Final Whistle only needed a draw. Despite needing the win to qualify, Shelter Force showed no desire to attack but we're rather running into unnecessary tackles which disrupted the rythmn of the game.

Final Whistle skipper, Franklin Asante dictated the game from midfield in the first half stringing some delightful passes to his attackers but Shelter's rugged play meant both keepers were hardly tested in the first half.

In the second half, Final Whistle came out of the blocks looking for a crucial opener but were denied by some fine saves from the Shelter keeper. At this juncture, with the game becoming increasingly difficult for Shelter Force, they resorted to the use inditimidation tactics to influence the game, with many supporters of the Pobiman side raining insults on management of Final Whistle and the referee who was forced to put the game on hold for seven (7) minutes. After the restart, both teams couldn't create enough chances to score.

Final Whistle as a result have qualified to the knockout stages of the tournament and will know their Quater-final opponents very soon.
