Ghana Black Maidens thump the host nation- Uruguay 5:0 as Mukarama secure an Hat-trick Featured

The Black Maidens' skipper replicated her qualifying round form as she baged an hat-trick against the host nation Uruguay in the FIFA Under 17 World cup in Montevideo.

The Black Maidens showed how deadly they can be if they are underrated, as the Maidens scored 5 past the host nation Uruguay in a match which was virtually a one sided game, Fuseina Mumuni broke the deadlock on the 20th minute. Captain Mukarama Abdulai doubled the lead five minutes later, the Uruguayans stood resolutely for the remaining duration of the first half to stop Maidens from adding to the tally. 

Ghana showed their superiority as Millot Pokuaa made it 3-0 on the 66 minutes and 12 minutes later Abdulai further extended the lead. The captain Mukarama Abdulai secured her hat- trick in the dying embers of the game and made sure the Maidens rained on the parade of the teeming Uruguayan supporter.
