Ghana President sends his condolence to the family of late Junior Agogo Featured

Ghana President Nana Akufo-Addo has sends his condolence to the family of former Ghana striker Junior Agogo.

Earlier today, Ghana Football was thrown into a state of shock as Ex Ghana footballer junior Agogo died in a hospital in London after suffering from sttoke.

Junior Agogo was part of the Ghana squad that claimed the bronze medal in 2008 Africa Cup of Nations in Ghana.

During his time in the Ghana national team, he scored 12 goals in 27 appearance.

After his demise, Ghana President took to Twitter where he sent his condolence to the family of late footballer , identifying the fact that he was a fine player who was proud to represent Ghana.

He wrote on Twitter:

"Saddened by the news of the death of former Black Stars Striker, Junior Agogo. He was a fine footballer, and was always proud to represent our nation. My sincere condolences to his family. May his soul rest in perfect peace."

Apart from Ghana President, tributes has been poured on Twitter on the death of the late Ghana player who will be dearly missed by those met him and loved him.
